Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of design work, all sales are final. However, I do everything I can to ensure you're happy with your final product. Please review all my Policies, on the Policies page of our website.
How does the design process work?
Once you book a service, you'll fill out an intake form to share your vision, brand vibe, and goals. From there, I begin the design process and deliver proofs for feedback and revisions. Please review my policies before purchasing.
How many revisions do I get?
Each service includes a set number of 3 revisions. Additional revisions are available for an extra fee.
What files will I receive?
You’ll receive high-quality final files in formats like PNG, and PDF. For logos and branding, you’ll also get vector files (SVG or AI) upon request.
