POLICIES

Payment:
All payments for services must be made in full through an official invoice or directly via The Clovr Stamp website. Accepted payment methods include all major debit and credit cards. Please note that all payments are non-refundable unless The Clovr Stamp cancels your project, in which case a full or partial refund may be issued depending on how much of the project was completed.

Refunds & Returns:
Due to the nature of creative services, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been submitted. If you choose to cancel your project for any reason, no refund will be provided. A full or partial refund will only be given at my discretion if I personally cancel the project. Should you wish to rebook after cancellation, a new full payment will be required.

Turnaround Time:
Our standard turnaround time ranges from 2 to 14 business days depending on the scope of your project. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and will be completed within 3 to 5 business days. Turnaround times begin only once all required intake forms, content, and brand details have been received.

Revisions:
Clients are entitled to up to three free revisions per service. These revisions include minor changes such as color adjustments, font swaps, or small wording edits. Any revisions beyond those included will be charged at $10 each. Once a project is approved and final files have been delivered, any further edits will require a new redesign fee.

Files & Ownership:
Final designs will be delivered in .JPG and .PNG formats; a .PDF may be provided upon request. Editable source files such as .AI or .PSD will only be released if previously agreed upon and may be subject to an additional fee. All design proofs and final files are sent via the client portal, which can be accessed through email and the website. The Clovr Stamp retains the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes.

Design Process:
To begin, select the desired service(s) on our website and read all information for that specific design. Be sure to select the correct turnaround time and payment option. After adding services to your cart, proceed to checkout with your payment information. Once you receive the Thank You Confirmation Message, you must complete the Client Intake Form. This form must be completed by all clients before the design process begins. Once all required information is submitted, you will be notified when your design process starts. Please monitor your email and the client portal for updates, questions, or concerns.

Communication & Client Responsibility:
Clients must complete all required intake and revision forms and respond to all communication including email, call, or SMS that requires a response. Failure to communicate or provide the required materials within seven days of booking may result in cancellation of the project with no refund. It is the client’s responsibility to submit all necessary content, forms, and brand details in a timely manner to ensure a smooth process.

Purchasing Services:
We strongly recommend waiting until you have all details ready for your design before purchasing. Having a clear vision helps the process flow smoothly and reduces the need for extra revisions. Designers cannot read your mind or freestyle repeatedly, as that often results in unmet expectations and multiple revisions. Even a small vision is helpful to get started. Digital Products:
All digital products and services sold by The Clovr Stamp, including templates, downloads, and pre-made designs, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of these items, no exceptions will be made. Please be sure to review the product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.

Technical Issues:
All design proofs and final files will be delivered through the client portal. If the client portal is down, please reach out to The Clovr Stamp at graphics@theclovrstamp.com. If things aren’t accessible, it is your responsibility to notify us of any error if I haven’t already reached out to you.

Emergency or Health-Related Delays:
In the event of an unexpected emergency or health issue, The Clovr Stamp reserves the right to pause or reschedule your project. You will be notified directly by email or through the client portal with an updated estimated timeline. While I aim to deliver all projects on schedule, turnaround times are subject to minor delays in these rare situations. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
